          Personal follow-up: people show up here 24 hours after they started checkout. By then the GHL workflow “Soar - Checkout Follow-Up” has already sent its automatic text (at ~10 min) and email (at ~1 day), so your message is the personal follow-up. Change the delay in Settings.

          Everything you marked, newest first. Mark Replied when they answer your opener. That queues Step 2 (Loom); Step 3 (landing page) comes due automatically after the delay in Settings.
